Product Returns Policy

Payment of Goods

Payment must be received in full before any goods are despatched from our warehouse.

We accept all major credit cards (processed by Barclaycard), or, if you prefer, we accept payments via PayPal. Both these options are available to choose from during the automated checkout process.

If you do not have any of these electronic methods available to you, we also accept payment by Cheque and Postal Order. You can also make payment directly into our bank account by BACS (available through online banking).

Condition of Goods

All the items on our website are brand new unless specifically specified otherwise in the item's title. We will use the following references to items that are not brand new:

Super Grade (SG)	These items are as-new, but may not include packaging or may have been released from the MoD as unused, issued kit. (Such as a jacket that has not been used, but may have been issued to a recruit who has written their name on the inside label.)

Grade 1 (G1)	These items have been used before but are sound and in good condition with no damage. (Such as a pair of trousers that have faded from being washed but have no rips or damage and are in perfect working order).

Grade 2 (G2)	These items have been used before and may include minor repairs or markings. (Such as a webbing pouch that has faded from use and has a missing buckle). These items are usually much cheaper than the other items are are perfect for mock-ups or spares.

Delivery of Goods

We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days of them being placed on our website. Usually this is much sooner, generally next day. Please allow up to 48 hours after despatch for your order to arrive (we will notify you of despatch by email, SMS text message, and if you log in to your account, under your order log).

If you miss the delivery, you must contact the courier within 24 hours of the delivery attempt to arrange a re-delivery (the courier should leave a card with details). If you miss the second delivery, you may be liable for a re-delivery charge or will have to collect it yourself from the local depot.

All shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. If your parcel is damaged then it must be signed for as such when the courier delivers it. Mark "DAMAGED" next to your signature otherwise we will not be able to claim for you.

Our website clearly shows stock levels and we aim to keep this as accurate as possible. In the unlikely event that an item is physically missing, we will notify you immediatly and either arrange for an alternative product, or refund the difference.
