Product Returns Policy

Unwanted Items

If you purchase an item and then decide you no longer want it (after receiving it) your return will fall into this category.

To qualify for a refund the item must be brand new, un-used and in exactly the same condition as received, including any fixings or manuals. The outer packing must also be new and free from markings or any damage.

If the product meets the above criteria then we can refund your purchase minus a 15% re-stocking fee which covers any refund and administrative fees incurred by your change of heart.

In order for us to process your return promptly, email us with your request clearly stating your name, order number (relating to the product), and the reason why you want to return the product. One of our team will look at your request and, if it's acceptable, send you an email letting you know how to proceed with the return.

Faulty Items

If you have been using a product and it fails within the first 6 months, your return will fall into this category.

Your item will be classed as faulty if it has been used for the purpose it was intended and has not been subject to excessive use.

If your product meets the above criteria then it can be returned to us for repair, or, in certain circumstances where repair is not possible, a refund.
