Business Post:

Our Business Post services provide fast, efficient and safe transit for all orders, on a Next Day Service. This is the recommended option for all orders. All parcels are fully trackable throughout their journey.

Saturday services are generally delivered in the morning, and are ideal if you are not able to take a delivery during the week. There is an additional cost for delivery on this day, which will be calculated when you begin the checkout process.

Business Post services include offshore destinations (Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Jersey/Guernsey). There is an additional charge, which is included in the shipping price you are quoted at checkout.

All shipping prices for Business Post services are calculated using the post code that you specify in your delivery address.

Special Delivery:

Our special delivery option applies weight based pricing on your shopping basket contents.

Special delivery is the primary delivery option for smaller items as they can be shipped on normal postal services with cheaper rates than our standard service. All special delivery packages are shipped through Royal Mail on a next day service.

For a small upgrade fee, it is possible for Royal Mail to guarantee a Saturday delivery. This is a seperate option when selecting who you would like to deliver your order.

BFPO Delivery:

Our BFPO delivery option applies weight based pricing on your shopping basket contents.

BFPO delivery should be used if you are shipping a parcel to a BFPO number, assigned to members of the HM forces whilst overseas. This option should not be used for normal addresses. All BFPO delivery packages are shipped through Royal Mail.

International:

We can ship to all international destinations in the world. Prices are calculated based on the destination, and weight of your package. These prices are shown during the first stage of checkout, and include shipping insurance.

Free Delivery:

Our free delivery option is available on some selected light products that can be shipped by post where parcel delivery is not neccessary.

Any item that qualifies for our free delivery option displays the logo below on the information page of the product. When you proceed to the checkout after shopping the payment process will explain if free delivery is an option that you can choose from.

All delivery service times are guaranteed from the time that we despatch your order*, and not from the time that you place your order on our website.

We recommend that that you place your order before 12:00pm on the day that you want it to be despatched (For example: an order placed Tuesday at 3:00pm may not be sent off until Wednesday, for delivery Thursday).
